Pomegranate Pie Recipe
One of my favorite things to enjoy during the colder months is all different kinds of pie. Although I am kind of on a clean eating streak now, I thought that I could share this amazing pomegranate pie I made a few weeks back as a way to spread cheer and good vibes. Although I did not follow a recipe while making it and just went with the flow, I will try to describe how I prepared it as best as I can. Hope you try it out!
Ingredients:- 1 egg
- Flour
-1 large pomegranate
-Vanilla powder
-Powdered sugar
Instructions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients with the egg and make a non-sticky dough
2. Fold the edges of the dough inwards and make a pool to fit the pomegranate.
3. Clean the pomegranate and add it to the pool
4. Bake in the oven until the edges become crisp5.Cool for about 5 minutes, sprinkle some vanilla over the pie, and enjoy!
